Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales professional to accelerate growth by engaging customers remotely and managing FlexBDA opportunities from inquiry through design, estimation, proposal, and close. You will coordinate with Enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams while achieving an assigned quota and following a structured sales process.

Qualifications

• 3 months of entry-level experience via internships, co-ops, or related activities.
• Interest in inbound/outbound selling and CRM-based follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and qualifying needs, timing, and budget.
• Conduct outbound follow-up to develop new contacts and expand pipeline.
• Coordinate estimates, proposals, and next steps from qualification to close.
• Serve as the central coordinator between Enterprise customers, partners, field and internal teams.
