Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Construction Engineer I for a remote role with travel across project sites in the United States. You will support warranty analyses, implement emerging technologies, and coordinate engineering flows during operations and pre-construction testing.

The position emphasizes data collection, documentation rigor, and collaboration with project managers, field teams, and geotechnical partners. A bachelor’s in engineering is preferred and EIT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or similar field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience with guided tasks and growth toward independent work.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) preferred or pursuing certification.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, electrical and geotechnical drawings.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and update drawings.
• Manage RFIs, clarify design requirements, and track closure to avoid delays.
• Support warranty analyses with data collection and review assistance.
• Assist with deployment of emerging technologies like GPS pile driving and drone workflows.
• Support pre-construction pile load testing planning, scheduling, and data reporting.
