Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Construction Engineer I for a remote position with travel across the U.S. You will support warranty analyses, implement emerging technologies, coordinate RFIs, and assist with pile load testing during initial design.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, with 0–3 years' experience and a willingness to pursue EIT certification. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; Engineer I potential.
• EIT certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Strong ability to read civil, structural, electrical, and geotechnical drawings.
• Attention to detail and disciplined documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and distribute drawing updates.
• Manage RFIs with clear questions and tracked closures.
• Interpret project design requirements and permit conditions.
• Maintain engineering document control systems and version tracking.
• Participate in constructability reviews to identify missing details or conflicts.
• Monitor deliverable timelines and support mitigation with partners.
