Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Construction Engineer I to support warranty analysis, emerging technologies, and field engineering during EPC projects nationwide. This remote role requires travel and collaboration with project teams to coordinate data, drawings, and design updates.

Ideal candidates hold a related engineering degree, read complex drawings, and can manage multiple documentation workflows with precision. EIT or willingness to pursue certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or a closely related technical field is required or preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings across civil, structural, electrical, and geotechnical plans.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork; meticulous documentation and scheduling discipline.

Responsibilities

• Warranty forensics: collect field data and help review root causes with senior staff.
• Emerging technologies: support GPS‑enabled pile driving and drone workflows, data management.
• Operations support: manage RFIs, design updates, and documentation control to avoid delays.
• Pile load testing: assist in pre‑construction load test planning, scheduling, and data tracking.
• General engineering: review drawings, support constructability reviews, and escalate risks.
