Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience with guidance.
  • EIT certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
  • Ability to read civil, structural, electrical, and geotechnical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; CAD, GIS or drone platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support warranty forensics with data, photos, and installation details.
  • Assist in deployment of advanced construction technologies (GPS, drone topo, machine control).
  • Coordinate daily engineering information flow to field teams and manage RFIs.
  • Document pre-construction pile load testing procedures and results.
  • Maintain engineering document control systems and version tracking.
  • Identify and escalate design risks and missing details during constructability reviews.
  • Support data collection and reporting for field and project partners.
