Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Construction Engineer I to support warranty forensics, emerging technologies, and field engineering coordination on EPC projects. This remote role involves travel and cross-functional collaboration with project teams, engineers, and clients.

Responsibilities include data gathering, design coordination, RFIs, and documentation control, with a focus on accurate reporting and field execution. Contingent-to-permanent potential exists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or a closely related technical field (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience, with guidance and growth toward independent execution (Engineer I).
  • EIT certification preferred or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

  • Warranty forensics data gathering, review and root-cause analysis with senior staff.
  • Implement emerging technologies including GPS pile driving and drone topo capture.
  • Coordinate engineering information flow, RFIs and drawings, with field teams.
  • Assist pre-construction pile load testing, test procedures, and data documentation.
  • Support constructability reviews and project risk identification.
