Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Construction Engineer I to support EPC operations in a remote, travel‑required role. You will assist warranty analysis, emerging technologies, and field coordination while ensuring documentation rigor and adherence to SOLV standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience with potential to grow toward independent execution.
  • EIT certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret civil, structural, electrical, geotechnical drawings.
  • Foundational understanding of construction processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Warranty forensics: gather field data, document concerns, and maintain logs.
  • Emerging technologies: support GPS pile driving, drone topo capture, and data sets.
  • Construction engineering support during operations: manage drawing updates, RFIs, and document control.
  • Pile load testing support: coordinate pre‑construction testing and document results.
  • General engineering: conduct drawing comparisons, site visits, and risk reviews.
