You'll engage decision-makers across blockchain projects, DeFi, and financial institutions, collaborate with engineering and marketing, and drive renewals and account expansion while representing the business at US events.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of B2B sales or BD experience in Web3, blockchain security, cybersecurity, SaaS, or institutional fintech
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems including EVM chains, Layer 1 and 2 protocols, DeFi, and smart contract architecture
• Familiarity with Web2 cybersecurity fundamentals including penetration testing and code review
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision-makers across blockchain protocols, DeFi projects, RWA platforms, exchanges, and institutional entrants from traditional finance
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build relationships with financial institutions, asset managers, and enterprises seeking institutional-grade Web3 security
• Work closely with engineering, solutions, and marketing teams to ensure smooth deal execution and onboarding
• Represent the business at US industry events and drive renewals and account expansion with existing clients
