Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B sales or BD experience in Web3, blockchain security, SaaS, or institutional fintech.
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems including EVM, Layer1/2, DeFi, and smart contracts.
• Knowledge of Web2 cybersecurity fundamentals including penetration testing and code review.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision-makers across blockchain protocols, DeFi, and institutional entrants.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Build relationships with financial institutions, asset managers, and enterprises seeking Web3 security.
• Collaborate with engineering, solutions, and marketing to ensure deal execution and onboarding.
• Represent the business at US industry events and drive renewals and expansions.
