Job summary

Resend is seeking a Technical Account Executive to join our Buyer Experience Squad. This remote role in the Americas will build on our existing inbound playbooks, validate hypotheses, and scale repeatable sales motions with enterprise customers.

You’ll work with deeply technical infrastructure engineers and developers, test messaging and channels, and expand customers to higher tiers while reducing churn. The team emphasizes learning, collaboration, and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Customer-obsessed, capable of discussing technical infrastructure with engineers and developers.
• Able to form hypotheses, run tests, measure results, and iterate.
• Strong written communication to share learnings with the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-intent inbound opportunities from enterprise logos and high-growth companies.
• Expand playbooks, validate hypotheses, and scale successful approaches.
• Run experiments across messaging, timing, and channels to improve repeatability.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customers to higher tiers or more products.
• Help prevent churn by recognizing accounts worth saving and by providing feedback to product and marketing.
