Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive end-to-end direct sales and market expansion for Employment Tax Services (ETS). The role emphasizes consultative solution selling to enterprise clients, focusing on unemployment tax planning, cost management, and compliance advisory during M&A events.

You will build C-suite relationships, execute growth strategies, and acquire new employer accounts across the Central U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting/Tax, or similar.
• ~5+ years of consultative service-based solution selling to senior level management in a B2B environment.
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets and Word and/or Google Docs.
• Ability to speak on technical unemployment tax issues and build trust and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Makes follow-up calls and manages the sales process through contract execution; works with an M&A data analyst to accomplish essential duties and responsibilities
• Enters account and other relevant sales information into the prospect management tool (Salesforce CRM)
