Job summary

Equifax Workforce Solutions is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive end-to-end direct sales and market expansion for Employment Tax Services. You will lead consultative solution selling to enterprise clients, focusing on unemployment tax planning, cost management, and compliance advisory during M&A events.

The role emphasizes building relationships with senior leadership, executing growth strategies, and acquiring new employer accounts across the Central region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting/Tax, or similar.
• ~5+ years of successful consultative service-based solution selling to senior level management in a B2B environment.
• Ability to speak on technical unemployment tax issues and build trust and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Makes follow-up calls and manages the sales process through contract execution; works with an M&A data analyst to accomplish essential duties.
• Enters account and other relevant sales information into the prospect management tool (Salesforce CRM)
