The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of working independently, with excellent written and verbal communication, strong multitasking, and a customer-focused approach across email, phone, chat, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

• Comfort with email, chat, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and processes.
• Identify customer concerns and work toward timely resolutions.
• Document interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution.
• Escalate complex matters to appropriate departments.
• Assist with account updates, service requests, scheduling, and admin support.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Monitor support requests and ensure timely completion.
