Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to assist enterprise customers using Branch’s payment products. You will troubleshoot integrations, coordinate fixes across teams, and provide phone support to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have B2B SaaS/fintech experience, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Excel/Sheets proficiency and Zendesk familiarity are a plus; remote work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior B2B SaaS/fintech support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
• Coachable and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot integration issues for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate fixes across CS, AM, Risk and Eng.
• Provide phone support and callbacks to resolve issues.
• Identify ways to improve the product and customer experience.
