Acxiom is seeking an Enterprise Solutions sales leader to partner with Fortune 1,000 clients, driving digital transformation and data-driven marketing in a remote/hybrid setup.

You will prospect, pitch, and close by translating business goals into AI-powered, martech-enabled strategies, coordinating with strategy, product, data science, and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise solution selling experience.
• Proven success in building NEW LOGO relationships leading complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to translate business goals into data‑driven, AdTech/Martech‑enabled strategies.
• Extensive network of past clients and industry partners to fuel your pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Strategy: Build and convert a high-value pipeline of enterprise leads & opportunities with a focus on digital transformation, customer intelligence, and data-first marketing.
• Think Like a Consultant, Act Like a Closer: Engage C-suite decision-makers and uncover business challenges to co-create future‑forward solutions.
• Connect the Dots: Lead cross-functional teams to craft integrated data, martech, and AI powered solutions.
• Drive the Deal: Manage end-to-end sales cycle including deal structuring, proposals, pricing, and negotiations for short-term growth and long-term impact.
• Be a Voice of Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in customer experience, personalization, marketing and advertising tech.
