A.Team is seeking an AI Solutions Account Executive to drive large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with Fortune 500 CMOs and teams. You’ll navigate discussions around agentic AI systems, data architectures, and business transformation, partnering with Solutions Partners to design scoping and closing strategies that deliver transformative AI solutions.

The role blends technical sales, strategic consulting, and enterprise relationship management in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Enterprise Technical Sales (4–8+ years): Demonstrated success selling complex technical solutions to Fortune 500 enterprises.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud platforms, enterprise SaaS, or professional services.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery to close for deals between $250K-$2M+, maintaining a pipeline with at least 25 qualified meetings per quarter.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environments including CMOs, CDOs, CTOs, and Fortune 500 teams with clear communication of technical value propositions for AI systems.
• Structure multi-phase engagements from pilot to full implementation and drive conversion targets (SAL→SQL, SQL→CWB).
• Collaborate with Solutions Partners to shape client problems into actionable technical solutions and compelling proposals.
• Design deal structures balancing client risk, PoCs, ROI analyses, and procurement/legal processes.
