Job summary

Quantum Metric is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for complex, high-value sales across North America. You will guide the technical strategy, align the platform with business initiatives, and engage with diverse audiences from product teams to C‑level executives.

You will lead tailored demonstrations, manage POC efforts, and collaborate with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and a compelling value proposition.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within the SaaS or software sector.
• Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
• Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills; travel 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical strategy for enterprise deals, aligning the platform with strategic business initiatives across NA/EMEA.
• Create tailored demonstrations and narratives that align with high-level business outcomes.
• Lead complex proof-of-concepts, defining success criteria and measuring business value.
• Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering for onboarding.
• Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
