Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Engineer to drive go-to-market efforts through demos and proofs of concept. You will engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and hand off to production in a collaborative environment.

You will maintain channel relationships, support cross-functional teams, and travel to events as needed. The role requires SaaS experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with a cross-platform endpoint agent solution (Windows, Mac, and/or Linux).
• 4+ years as a Solutions Engineer (or similar) in complex pre-sales contexts.
• Experience in SaaS sales environments.
• Ability to travel to events and conferences.
• Must be located in one of the listed US states.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect engagements with demos and proofs of concept.
• Support Enterprise Sales teams in pre-sales from qualification through hand-off.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage evaluation process to close.
• Maintain key partner technical relationships in a channel-driven model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feature feedback from field experience.
