NetApp, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as the trusted technical advisor across a broad enterprise territory.

You will partner with two Enterprise Client Executives to develop account strategy, uncover opportunities, and drive customer engagements that align technology with business priorities. You will balance technical breadth with commercial awareness, supporting a portfolio of enterprise customers and delivering differentiating solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or related roles within an enterprise technology environment.
• Proven success supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments with storage-focused background.
• Broad knowledge across enterprise infrastructure (storage, virtualization, backup, DR, hybrid cloud).
• Experience designing and positioning technical solutions tied to business objectives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills translating tech into business value.
• Experience managing multiple opportunities across sales cycles and priorities.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with two Enterprise Client Executives to develop territory strategy and execute engagements.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover business initiatives and challenges.
• Design and position NetApp solutions aligned to customer outcomes.
• Support a broad mix of enterprise customers across the territory.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise architects and decision-makers.
• Identify protect-and-expand opportunities and whitespace within accounts.
• Deliver demos, workshops, PoCs, and technical presentations throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint strategies and accelerate success.
• Coordinate with NetApp specialists to provide required expertise at each engagement stage.
• Manage multiple customer engagements with strong technical, commercial, and pipeline discipline.
• Stay current on AI, hybrid cloud, cyber resilience, and modern data infrastructure.
