Job summary
NetApp is seeking a Consulting Solutions Engineer to lead strategic Hi-Tech accounts, balancing vision with hands-on pre-sales execution in AI/ML, hybrid cloud, and data infrastructure. You will shape long-term technology roadmaps while driving solution design, POCs, demos, and deal execution for marquee customers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- Proven track record managing large strategic Hi‑Tech accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-level technical strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
- Lead all pre‑sales activities: solution design, architecture reviews, demos, POCs, and proposals.
- Collaborate with product teams to bring the right technical expertise to opportunities.
- Build compelling technical and financial value propositions (TCO, ROI).
- Own end-to-end technical sales cycle and ensure alignment of requirements and NetApp solutions.
- Provide post‑sales continuity to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
