Job summary

TimeClock Plus is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant in Plano, TX. This role supports software demos, identifies client business pains, and collaborates with sales, product, and legal to deliver timely proposals.

You will learn under guidance, progressively handle complex demos, and assist with RFPs and security questionnaires. The position requires 5+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles, strong communication, and a passion for technology.

Qualifications

5+ years in Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineer (customer-facing) role, preferably SaaS.
Strong verbal and written communication; able to lead value-focused product demonstrations.
Ability to identify business pains and map them to solutions.
Experience with technical integrations and cross-department collaboration.
Exposure to AI tools and their application to sales/workforce management.

Responsibilities

Learn the basics under SC Manager/Team Lead guidance.
Grow capabilities to independently demo software and identify client pains.
Support demos/deals of minimal complexity under supervision.
Develop demo plans by understanding client business needs with guidance.
Review and respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires with sales/product/legal teams.
