Job summary
Chainguard is actively seeking a Sales Engineer to assess technical requirements and demonstrate how Chainguard products solve client needs. You will cultivate relationships with decision-makers and drive technical wins through demos, POVs, and RFP responses.
You will partner with Sales to expand logos and deepen existing accounts, owning all technical aspects of opportunities while articulating value and ROI. Remote-friendly role with US-wide scope, focusing on the Central region.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Experience with MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message sales frameworks.
- Enterprise and Mid Market sales experience (3+ years).
- Expertise in container technologies, cloud platforms, and security.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to help customers evaluate and prove value of Chainguard.
- Acquire new customer logos and grow the existing base.
- Own all technical aspects of sales opportunities and articulate product value.
- Conduct demos, POVs/POCs; participate in webinars and events.
