Toptal, a fully remote company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on our Staffing team to fuel growth by identifying opportunities with target clients. You will drive outbound efforts, set qualified meetings for the sales team, and support both customers and colleagues as you expand our roster of enterprise and SMB engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of Enterprise SDR experience in staffing or related verticals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on collaboration.
• Curiosity, perseverance, and a proactive approach to hunting new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound activities.
• Develop relationships and set qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Collaborate with Staffing Executives via Zoom and Slack to coordinate outreach.
