Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Multifamily to own large, multi-location deals from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large and multi-stakeholder, requiring strategic navigation and long cycles.

In this remote role, you will close multi-location contracts with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, expanding to additional locations and services as groups sign.

Competenze

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.
