Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably presales engineering or security-focused consulting.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise IT/security systems.
• Extensive experience in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and Windows/Linux/Mac.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise via presentations, demos, POVs, and dialogs to educate customers and drive Arctic Wolf value.
• Drive new-business acquisition and achieve technical wins across the buyer’s journey.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand needs and align with Arctic Wolf solutions.
• Document customer environments including security tooling, network design, and cloud services.
• Demonstrate differentiators and manage channel partner experiences; mentor new hires.
