Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Sales Engineer to assess prospect requirements and demonstrate how Chainguard products meet client needs. You will develop relationships with decision-makers, perform demos, POVs/POCs, and respond to RFPs, while partnering with engineering for requested features.

In this role you will partner with the Sales team to win new logos and expand the current customer base, owning all technical aspects of opportunities and helping customers understand the value Chainguard

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and/or Command of the Message frameworks.
• Proven track record selling to Enterprise and Mid Market.
• Startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales teams to evaluate and prove value of Chainguard solutions.
• Acquire new customer logos and grow existing accounts.
• Own technical aspects of opportunities and articulate Chainguard value.
