Job summary

Chainguard is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our Sales Engineering team in a remote-capable role focused on the United States market. You will assess technical requirements, demonstrate Chainguard products, and advocate for customers with decision-makers across organizations.

Responsibilities include demos, POVs/POCs, webinars, and collaborating with engineering for requested features to close technical wins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years selling to Enterprise and Mid Market prospects.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Knowledge of cloud security and application security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Team to assess customer needs and prove value of Chainguard.
• Acquire new customer logos and grow existing accounts.
• Own all technical aspects of sales opportunities and help customers understand Chainguard's value.
• Conduct product demos and POVs/POCs; participate in webinars, meetups, conferences and other marketing initiatives.
