Job summary

Chainguard, a trusted source for open source security, is hiring a Sales Engineer/Pre-Sales Engineer to assess technical requirements and illustrate how Chainguard products meet client needs. You will cultivate executive relationships and drive technical wins through demos, POVs, and RFP responses.

You will partner with sales to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts, owning all technical aspects of opportunities and helping customers understand the value of Chainguard.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Engineer/Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks.
• Experience selling into Enterprise and Mid Market (3+ years).
• Ability to build credibility as a trusted advisor with customers.
• Strong teamwork and mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to evaluate and prove Chainguard's value.
• Acquire new logos and grow existing customers.
