Job summary

Chainguard is hiring a Sales Engineer to bridge technology and business value for Enterprise and Mid Market prospects. You will run product demonstrations, POVs/POCs, and collaborate with the Sales team to close deals.

You will articulate how Chainguard's secure builds meet client needs, while partnering with engineering for requested features and representing Chainguard at events when applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales frameworks.
• Experience selling to Enterprise and Mid Market prospects.
• Knowledge of container tech and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to qualify and prove value of Chainguard solutions.
• Acquire new customer logos while expanding existing accounts.
• Own technical aspects of opportunities and articulate ROI to customers.
• Conduct demos, POVs/POCs, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
