Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer to drive complex sales motions from discovery through close and post-sale expansion. This remote role partners with Sales, CX, IT, and procurement to translate business needs into technical solutions and to move accounts from evaluation to long-term growth.

The successful candidate will mentor junior team members, build reusable sales assets, and strengthen the technical sales process while managing deals in the $500K–$1M range.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years in Sales Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Experience leading enterprise deals worth $500K–$1M.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS or equivalent.

• Partner with Sales to secure deals and support customer growth.
• Accelerate the transition from discovery to operational deployment.
• Collaborate with CX, IT, and procurement teams.
• Manage the full technical pre-sales process from scoping to demos.

• Deepen industry knowledge to improve sales strategies.
