Job summary

DMI is seeking a Sales Engineer for a US-Remote role, serving as the technical spine of the sales motion across direct, channel, and customer success teams from discovery through delivery. You will translate complex enterprise mobility requirements into scoped, priced, winnable solutions across the service catalog and demonstrate MyServe to technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3–5+ years in pre-sales engineering or solution architecture for managed services, SaaS, or enterprise IT.
Strong demonstration and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
Experience with enterprise mobility and telecom ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and map requirements into a solution architecture.
Deliver MyServe demonstrations to varied audiences.
Build technical volumes of proposals and RFP responses; ensure accuracy of scoped commitments.
Scope solutions within the pricing framework and support deal-level validation with pricing.
Provide channel enablement and deal-specific solution support.
Coordinate transition to delivery with won deals and onboarding plans.
