Job summary
Chainguard is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to help customers evaluate and adopt our open source security solutions. You will own the technical validation, run demos, and craft POVs/POCs while collaborating with sales to close deals with enterprise and mid-market prospects.
This role is based in the Greater Philadelphia area with a flexible, remote-first culture. You will engage in webinars and conferences to expand Chainguard's footprint and drive technical wins across multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Familiar with MEDDPICC and the Command of the Message framework.
- Proven success selling to Enterprise and Mid Market prospects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales Team to demonstrate value and qualify opportunities.
- Acquire new customer logos while growing the existing base.
- Own all technical aspects of sales opportunities and articulate Chainguard value.
- Listen to customers, run product demos and POVs/POCs.
- Participate in webinars, meetups, conferences and other events.
