Job summary

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Independent, individual-contributor mindset with no direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, close (3–12 months).
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across locations.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after signing a group.
• Collaborate with strategists to craft compelling proposals for key deals.
