Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving multifamily owners and property management groups. As Sales Director for Multifamily, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with timeframes of 3 to 12 months.

Formación

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or marketing/agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers; not suited for high-volume single-location or one-call transactions.
• Preference for closing business over people-management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to add more locations and services after a sign-on.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for the deals that matter most.
