Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meetings with ownership to signed contracts. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and highly impactful.

You will manage the full cycle on substantial portfolios, engaging owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, with inbound and SDR-led meetings feeding opportunities. Expansion across locations and services follows a signed group.

Competenze

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over management responsibilities.

• Own the full sales cycle for large multifamily deals from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
