Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Regional Sales Director for Multifamily to own large multi-location deals—from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, remote across USA/Canada, targeting multifamily owners and property management groups with portfolios spanning many locations.

You will close high-value, multi-location deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, and expand into additional locations and services as groups

Qualifications

• Experienced closing large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• You prefer closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deal with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand: add more locations and services after a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
