Job summary

Fivetran in Boston, MA, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead the formation of our enterprise customer base. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization, organize POC deployments of dbt Cloud Enterprise, and drive rapid growth across strategic accounts.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in technology sales with enterprise experience, strong communication, and the ability to navigate complex cycles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years closing experience in technology sales, with 2+ years in enterprise sales.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into a consultative sale.
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels of an analytics organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects.
• Organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise.
• Win 20 new dbt Cloud Enterprise customers per year (after ramp).
• Lead and contribute to team projects that develop our sales process.
• Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
• Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations.
• Be an active member of the dbt open source community.
