Fivetran is seeking a Sales Director to join the Revenue Team in Boston, MA, responsible for building out our enterprise customer base. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable in data-driven sales cycles, and will identify new business opportunities with prospects and existing clients.

The role emphasizes leading full sales cycles, organizing POC deployments of dbt Cloud Enterprise, and achieving target new enterprise customers annually once ramped.

Competenze

• 6+ years closing experience in technology sales.
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and develop them into a consultative sale.
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication across analytics orgs.
• Diligence and organizational skills for long, intricate sales cycles.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to being an inclusive teammate and active community member.
• Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects.
• Organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise.
• Win 20 new dbt Cloud Enterprise customers per year (after ramp).
