Fivetran is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to lead the Boston-based revenue efforts, driving the enterprise customer base for dbt Cloud. You will own multi-year sales cycles, collaborate with product, and build a scalable enterprise roadmap.

The role requires 6+ years in technology sales with 2+ years in enterprise sales, plus strong communication with executives and engineers. This remote role offers a competitive pay range and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years closing technology sales, with 2+ years in enterprise sales.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into a consultative sale.
• Excellent communication across all levels from developers to CTO.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects.
• Organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise.
• Win 20 new dbt Cloud Enterprise customers per year (after ramp).
• Lead and contribute to team projects that develop our sales process.
• Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
• Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations.
• Be an active member of the dbt open source community.
