Semperis is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate growth across Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas from a remote base in the United States. You will own the market, build senior relationships, and convert complex opportunities into wins across large enterprise accounts.

You will lead direct prospecting, partner engagement, and collaboration with channel teams to extend reach. MEDDPICC discipline and ownership of pipeline are critical to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or identity/security solutions.
• Experience selling to large enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Proven ability to win complex enterprise deals and meet quota over multiple years.
