Semperis is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate growth across TN, LA, AR, owning the market in the territory. You will lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, nurture trusted relationships, and convert complex opportunities into wins.

You will manage net-new business and expansion with channel partners, collaborating with Pre-Sales, CS, Channel, and Marketing to move opportunities forward. Based in the territory with travel as needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or identity security.
• Experience selling to large enterprises with multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Track record of winning complex deals and quota attainment.

• Own and execute the enterprise sales strategy across the region.
• Build, progress, and close high-value, complex opportunities.
