Job summary

Semperis seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to accelerate growth across Tennessee, Louisiana, and Arkansas. You will own the market, build senior relationships, and convert complex opportunities into wins for large enterprise accounts.

You’ll prospect directly, engage channel partners, and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to move opportunities forward. A track record in cybersecurity enterprise sales is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or identity security.
• Experience selling to large enterprise organizations with multi-stakeholder buying.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID and identity security is a plus.
• Proven track record of winning complex enterprise deals and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the large enterprise sales strategy across the region.
• Build, progress, and close high-value, complex enterprise opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior leadership.
• Create pipeline via direct prospecting and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with channel/alliances to extend reach and impact.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify, strategize, and forecast opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
