Job summary

ADP Work Market is expanding its sales team, seeking a results-driven professional to close cross-industry deals with SMB and Enterprise clients. You will engage Line of Business Executives, CHROs and COOs to position a blended workforce solution that drives productivity and compliance.

You will build pipelines, meet quotas, negotiate pricing, and develop territory plans while collaborating with the BD and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling SaaS, enterprise experience preferred.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed your quota.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast monthly.
• Build and manage a territory plan.
• Self-source prospects and leverage internal tools.
• Handle pricing and contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing.
