Job summary

Storable is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive focused on self-storage to own the full B2B sales cycle for multi-location and national operators. You will build and manage a robust pipeline while engaging stakeholders at all levels, from operations to the C-suite, and drive deals through complex procurement processes.

You will leverage MEDDICC or similar qualification methodologies and collaborate with Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in an enterprise role.
• Proven track record of new-logo acquisition and expansion in enterprise accounts.
• Experience navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews and negotiating MSAs.
• Strong account planning, territory management, and forecasting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full enterprise B2B sales cycle for multi-location and national self-storage operators.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline via outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and marketing partnerships.
• Engage across multiple stakeholders and executives, including the C-suite, to build consensus.
• Apply MEDDICC (or similar) to qualify opportunities and map economic buyers.
• Develop and execute account and mutual action plans to close large deals while coordinating with procurement and legal teams.
• Use Salesforce and AI-powered tools to document activities and forecast results across long sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
