RecruiterForge seeks a Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations to lead complex, customer-facing SaaS deployments from kickoff to closure, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Operations, and customer teams.

This remote role requires clear governance, proactive risk management, strong executive communication, and the ability to align technology delivery with business objectives while building trusted relationships with sponsors.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations and complex customer-facing projects.
• Delivery for multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Primary lead for external customer projects throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Strong planning, risk governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive influence.
• Proficiency with collaboration and PM platforms (Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com).
• Organized, proactive, customer-focused with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation delivery with plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and success measures.
• Manage scope, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes.
• Hold stakeholders accountable and keep objectives on track.
• Facilitate governance through meetings, reviews, and reports.
• Develop strategies aligning technology delivery with business goals.
• Serve as the primary project contact, building relationships with executives.
• Provide proactive status updates on risks, milestones, outcomes.
• Align customer teams and leadership around priorities.
• Identify risks early and create mitigation plans.
• Resolve competing priorities and changing requirements while maintaining momentum.
• Apply PM best practices to deliver consistent results.
• Run retrospectives and capture lessons learned.
• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
