Blackbaud seeks an experienced Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations to lead complex SaaS deployments for enterprise customers. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with executives, and ensure alignment of technology with business goals across Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change while maintaining exceptional communication with customers and internal teams to deliver measurable value and on-time results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations or complex customer projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional teams and external customers.
• Strong risk, governance, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff to closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and success metrics.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to align technology with business goals.
• Facilitate governance meetings and status reporting.
