Greenhouse is looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will lead Enterprise implementations with multiple workstreams from kickoff through go-live, coordinating consultants on design, integrations, data migration, and custom development to deliver value fast.

Expect to set scope and timelines, build charters and RACIs, and manage risk, change, and stakeholder communications.

Competenze

3–5 years of customer-facing project management experience.
Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations.
Experience delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers.
Strong customer sentiment and high NPS with on-time/on-budget delivery.
Knowledge of project management principles and tools (PMP, SOWs, RACIs, charters).
Excellent stakeholder communication across levels.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations with multiple workstreams.
Oversee project team members across software implementation, design, integrations, data migration, and custom development.
Set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology for each engagement.
Build and maintain project charters, RACIs, and risk/issue trackers.
Manage scope and change requests against SOWs and budgets.
Track customer sentiment and protect satisfaction and NPS.
Collaborate with Success teams for smooth handoffs and adoption.
Refine PM tools, templates, and processes as the team grows.
