Zusammenfassung

Employment Hero is recruiting a SaaS Implementations Project Manager to lead 20–30 software implementation projects for high-value customers. You’ll coordinate with HR and Payroll teams and off-shore Data Analysts to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will support customers with change management and manage multiple projects concurrently, requiring clear communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder influence in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years project managing SaaS implementations for SMB customers.
• 3+ years managing a portfolio of projects (up to 50 at any one time).
• Project Management qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience with HR and Payroll is highly desirable but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication including stakeholder engagement.
• Effective and efficient utilisation of resources.
• Strong time management and schedule management.

Aufgaben

• Managing multiple software implementation projects for high-value customers (20–30 projects).
• Managing the customer journey from sale to go-live and business as usual.
• Lead the customer project by working with Payroll & HR Consultants and Data Analysts to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, prioritise tasks to drive positive outcomes.
