Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a remote Enterprise Sales professional to drive new SaaS license revenue. You will plan and execute territory strategies while researching prospects and engaging with executive stakeholders to map opportunities.

You will build trusted relationships with CFO/CIO/COO, guide customers on IT roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close deals, while achieving ambitious targets and embracing a customer-success mindset.

Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
7+ years of software or solutions sales experience.
Proven ability to establish trusted client relationships and cross-team collaboration.
Proven ability to produce new business, negotiate, and maintain C-Level relationships.
Experience hitting sales targets and understanding IT strategy.
Promoting a customer-success focus in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales.
Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies across virtual teams.
Act as trusted advisor to customers and guide IT roadmaps with ServiceNow solutions.
Identify the right specialist resources to bring into deals at the right time.
