Job summary

ServiceNow in Chicago is seeking an account executive to generate new business in a SaaS license model. You will plan accounts, research prospects, and execute field sales within a defined territory and vertical.

You will build relationships with CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and other leaders, coordinate a virtual team, and act as a trusted advisor on IT roadmaps and how ServiceNow can help drive value.

Qualifications

• Experience applying or integrating AI into business processes.
• 7+ years of software or solutions sales experience.
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience selling into Energy and Transportation industries.
• Proven ability to establish trusted client relationships.
• Ability to generate new business, negotiate deals, and maintain C-level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping and coordinate a broad virtual account team.
• Advise customers on IT roadmaps and how ServiceNow can help.
• Identify specialist resources to bring into deals at the right time.
